Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Very cold wind chills between 10 and 20 below zero are also possible on Tuesday and Wednesday.
We all know it's going to be cold for the three days but...
The low temperatures are not nearly has bad as what we've already seen. What makes this different is the windchill factor.
