Temperatures will recover slightly into the afternoon before the
drop off resumes into tonight. The presence of strong cold advection
will limit any temp rises from this point this morning to 2-3
degrees at best. Continued gusty westerly winds peaking up near
30mph this afternoon will keep wind chills in the 20s at best.
